
Kelly Burgess, MBA, RD, LDN
Founder, Licensed and Registered DietitianKelly is the founder/director of To Better Health LLC. She is a licensed and registered dietitian, public speaker, author, and college adjunct professor of nutrition science, food service and hospitality management. Kelly’s passion for nutrition and health is fueled by the challenges our community faces with eating disorders, obesity, nutrition-related chronic diseases, and maintenance of good health.
Kelly integrated her clinical, food, business, cultural and teaching expertise to create To Better Health LLC. Her individualized on-on-one therapy of nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle counseling helps clients of all ages and cultures reach and maintain their health goals. Kelly also conducts group meetings, seminars, lunch and learns, cooking demonstrations, and grocery shopping tours. Kelly is a contributing author to publications including the Cultural Encyclopedia of the Breast, and has been interviewed and quoted in area news journal articles including the The Philadelphia Tribune and Courier Post of Southern New Jersey. Additionally, she has been a featured guest on television shows such as Latino Motion with host Bert Lopez.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Nutrition from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) now Rutgers University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from The Pennsylvania State University. Kelly currently resides in New Jersey, but was raised on the Caribbean islands of Trinidad, Puerto Rico and Haiti. She has worked and lived in several U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Dallas, New York City and Philadelphia.

Marla W. Deibler, Psy.D.
Executive Director, Center For Emotional HealthDr. Marla W. Deibler, Psy.D., is a Clinical Psychologist and the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Emotional Health of Greater Philadelphia, LLC (CEH). She is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team of The Healthy Lifestyles program – a partnership between The Center for Emotional Health of Greater Philadelphia, LLC, To Better Health, LLC, and certified personal trainers.
Dr. Deibler is a nationally-recognized expert in anxiety disorders, and obsessive compulsive and related disorders, including OCD, trichotillomania, excoriation (skin picking) disorder, and hoarding disorder.
Dr. Deibler currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC) as well as the Faculty of TLC’s Professional Training Institute. She also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of OCD-NJ, the New Jersey affiliate of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). Her expertise is sought after by various media including MSN, CNN, FOX, CBS, ABC, Dr. Oz, TLC, A&E, Prevention Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
