WHAT IS HEALTHY LIFESTYLES?
The Healthy Lifestyles program provides pre and post bariatric surgery patients with affordable and comprehensive psychological, nutritional, and fitness coaching. We will assist you in your preparation for surgery as well as empower you to change the way you think, feel, and make decisions about food and exercise. We will work with you to create a healthful diet and fitness regimen that is specifically tailored for you and your needs. We will work together with your physician to maximize your success.
As part of the “Healthy Lifestyles” Program in association with The Center for Emotional Health of Greater Philadelphia, group support is provided for bariatric weight management before and after bariatric surgery. The “Healthy Lifestyles” Program interdisciplinary team is comprised of licensed and registered dietitians, licensed clinical psychologists, and personal trainers. |
To Better Health offers employer and community outreach education services. Activities and program services provided are an excellent complement to corporate wellness programs, community health fairs, and disease prevention awareness campaigns. |
